About the Job


We are seeking an experienced HERMES Proxy Product Owner to join our Corporate Functions Global Products department. This role is essential to the successful implementation of the new finance Global Product “HERMES” on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public. You will be the key point of contact for your scope of entities, ensuring the product’s usability, competitiveness, evolution, and stability.


Main Missions


Product Roadmap


* Support the Product Owner in evolving and communicating the product vision and high-level roadmap.
* Maintain a prioritized product backlog including incidents, small changes, and enhancement projects.
* Identify and assign resources and responsibilities.


* Cost Monitoring


* Evaluate workload and anticipate project and BAU costs.
* Manage budget with PMO for your scope of responsibility.


* Governance


* Facilitate and manage governance instances.
* Provide inputs for prioritizing with the customer context.
* Report performance to the Product Manager and Product Owner.


* Client Relationship


* Ensure quality of service and continuous improvement.
* Be the first level of escalation for Business Process Owners.


Experience


* 5-10 years of experience in the IT field, specifically in managing ERP systems and maintaining SAP applications.
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP, particularly S/4HANA Cloud, with relevant certifications as an advantage.
* Proven track record of successful IT implementation projects and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry.
