Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including train control engineers and cross-functional teams), design low-voltage and subsystem components, and much more. You'll specifically take care of engineering deliverables for Train Control & Information Systems, but also provide support for interface testing and train validation when required. We'll look to you for: Ensuring the quality of deliverables (Right First Time) Meeting delivery schedules (On Time in Full) Applying standard methodologies and processes Managing and escalating open points Designing low-voltage and subsystem components to meet client requirements Providing interface control documents (ICD) for relevant subsystems Addressing change requests (CR) related to your function Maximizing reuse of reference solutions or previous projects Supporting supplier interface tests and PC testing Performing tuning on test benches and trains Contributing to lessons learned within your domain (software, schematics, subsystems) All about you: We value passion and attitude over experience.
