The Project Manager Tech Convergence will be responsible for managing the roadmap, planning, budget, and risk management of the Global Technology (GT) Architecture. This role includes organizing and facilitating governance meetings, such as steering committees and weekly or monthly updates, to ensure effective oversight and decision-making. He/She will consolidate streams of GT architecture into a cohesive roadmap, providing clear communication materials to share activities and progress with stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills will be essential for driving transparency and alignment across technology initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

Your key responsabilities will be :

Governance Management: Define governance meetings, create scorecards, and prepare strategic materials for monthly steering sessions with the CTO and EVP.

•Budget Management: Provide a clear vision of the budget, projecting it across various streams to ensure financial alignment with architectural initiatives.

•Roadmap Development: Consolidate and list different streams into a cohesive roadmap, offering clear visibility and communication materials to share status updates.

•Tech Animation: Define and deploy technology animation events to engage teams and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.

•Global Services Deployment: Monitor the deployment of global services, focusing on adoption, budget adherence, and effective change management across initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

* Roadmap Development: Strong skills in strategic planning and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear roadmaps.

* Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively coordinate and oversee architectural initiatives.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing materials and conveying information to stakeholders.

* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, project budgets, and evaluate performance metrics.

* Leadership and Facilitation: Capability to lead governance meetings and facilitate discussions among cross-functional teams.

* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technology architecture and global services deployment processes.

* Change Management: Skills in managing and facilitating organizational change and adoption of new technologies.

* Event Management: Ability to organize and execute tech animation events effectively to foster team engagement and innovation.
