I. Maintenance Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis customer segmentation and parc coverage and identify development opportunities by region (new products and range extension)
- Build a global product vision and roadmap aligned with Valeo's strategic objectives and market trends.
- Define robust business cases (Sales potential in volume and value) and care with Valeo Divisions to financial metrics to motivate investments.
II. Maintenance Product Development & Launch
- Convert market requirements into product specifications and ensure their accurate implementation
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams all contributors OES sales as well as Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality) through all phases of the product development.
- Adopt a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
III. Sales and Order Intake performance Analysis
- Analyse Valeo OES sales and OI performance, market shares and customer sellout.
- Rationalise in understandable bridges by factors and identify areas for growth
- Propose plans to leverage these opportunities and organise action with Customer Directors and KAMs
IV. Digital Marketing Operations in Europe
- Propose digital marketing actions (e-surveys, sales promotion, training…) and set up specifications
- Adapt standard tools to local customer equipments (smartphone applications, Learning Management System, Intranet)
- Make Valeo OES innovation and USP visible to customers in Valeo event (eg invent, techdays) and public events (eg fair)
- Contribute to Operational Marketing community performance with experience sharing with ROM from other regions.
