KEDGE Business School is recruiting a Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in International Business (Cross-Cultural Management) on a part-time permanent contract with a teaching load of 180 hours per academic year.

Responsibilities

* Preparing and delivering courses and teaching materials;

* Teaching within our academic programmes;

* Assessing students’ work and learning outcomes (examinations, assignments, continuous assessment, resit examinations, etc.).

Required profile and qualifications

* A Master’s degree in Management Sciences or a DBA;

* Proven experience in higher education teaching or professional training;

* Recognised expertise in the subject area taught;

* At least five years of significant professional experience in the relevant field (consulting or equivalent activity);

* Ability to teach in English (mandatory) and in French, depending on teaching requirements.

* Strong teaching abilities and commitment to knowledge transmission;

* Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student audiences;

* Professional attitude and interpersonal skills;

* Ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment

Employment conditions:

* Contract type: Part-time permanent contract, with an annual teaching load of 180 teaching hours (contact hours) per academic year.

* Status: Cadre

* Paid leave: 7 weeks per year

* Job title: Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer (depending on profile)
