Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Business Development
◦ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for pharmaceutical equipment in the French market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
◦ Identify new business opportunities, target potential customers, such as pharmaceutical manufacturers, research institutions, and biotech companies, and drive business growth through effective market penetration strategies.
2. Customer Relationship Management
◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide professional product consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.
◦ Ensure high - level customer satisfaction by coordinating post - sales services, handling customer complaints promptly and efficiently, and working closely with the technical support team to resolve any product - related issues.
3. Sales Execution
◦ Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets on a regular basis. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers to secure profitable business deals.

Requirements
1. Education and Experience
◦ A bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
◦ At least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the French market.
2. Skills and Abilities
◦ Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
