About the job

You will join our new M&S accelerator working in a team where you will participate in building the product from the objectives to the product quality. We look into initiative, commitment, attention to details, ownership, and a lot of agility to build and improve the product each day step by step.

Your product, GenAIR, accelerates the creation of compliance documents by leveraging AI and data, helping life-saving treatments reach patients faster.

Experience

* Ability to develop and execute a technical vision within a defined scope, translating organizational strategy into actionable team objectives and ability to drive technical excellence while contributing to the broader engineering ecosystem
* Experience in an innovative, agile, fast-paced environment
* Experience managing engineering teams and developing team members professionally

Technical Requirements

* Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar
* Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript/Node.js
* Proficiency in React or similar framework
* Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge
* CI/CD practices and DevOps principles


Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus


Language

* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
