We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Engineer for our System Maintenance department within Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) entity of Services platform. Reporting to Governance and Efficiencies manager, you will be a key actor of our strategy to develop our Asset Management competency on both tenders and projects around the world as well as support project with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) configuration, Obsolescence management and Capital Asset Replacement Program.

What are your main Mission & Responsibilities within System Maintenance entity ?

1. You will be in charge of developing Asset Management competency for System Maintenance (concept, methods and tools, as owner of the processes)
2. You will develop generic System Maintenance requirements to Alstom proprietary or third party CMMS and monitor project implementation,
3. You will develop Renewal models for System Maintenance assets and you will support tenders and projects with Capital Asset Replacement Program definition and Implementation.
4. You will be the reference contact for Obsolescence management process and you will support project with process definition and implementation.

What are the Skills and Competences we are looking for ?

5. Engineering degree or equivalent University degree,
6. 5-8 years of experience in System, Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical engineering with a working experience in Asset Management and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System,
7. Competencies in Asset Management for Industrial or Information Technology assets,
8. Competencies in Computerized Maintenance Management System,
9. Competencies in Obsolescence Management would be desirable,
10. Interpersonal skills
11. Proficient skills in French.
12. Proficient skills in English.
13. Experience in Railway Engineering, Maintenance, tender environment would be desirable.
