AL CO2 Europe SA, filiale à 100% du Groupe Air Liquide, réunit les activités de production et de distribution du CO2 en Europe et définit la politique commerciale du CO2 sur cette zone. Cette société compte 12 usines de production réparties sur 8 pays et sert près de 3 000 clients, de l’industrie agro-alimentaire au secteur du transport.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
As Reliability Manager, you will ensure the constant availability of our production capacity, working closely with site managers and providing support in analysis, strategy development, studies, follow-ups, project leadership and the implementation of best practices.
The reliablity management is related to the ability to supply gaseous/liquid products and electricity with an existing asset, matching the instantaneous customers’ needs at any time and in the most cost effective way. Consequently, any event altering the primary production capacity can have an inevitable impact on the customers’ output.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
● have the ability to conduct multidisciplinary analysis (electrical, mechanical,
instrumentation, automation, process) aiming at identifying the failure scenarios and defining the proper mitigation measures (typically FMECA, Hazop to be
used in case of MOC);
● lead execution of "normal capex " type of projects or reliability projects;
● be able to use reliability information (e.g. MTBF, MTTR, PFD, Availability) to :
a) make sound and cost-effective recommendations; and
b) be able to identify potential future cost-effective improvement to be
embedded in the design;
● have In-depth knowledge of the RCA methodology to go beyond the technical
causes of incidents and identify the underlying systemic/organizational causes
based on a clear logical deduction (cause tree);
● to follow Action plans and different programs realated to RCA and Reliability improvments:
● to maintain the Critical spare parts management;
● to ensure Relaibililty reporting process at Eu CO2;
● to identify gaps between the existing state and AL standarts/best practises (Operation,maitenance), to propose, lead and to follow up related Action plans;
● to propose and follow up Reliability KPIs.

You will oversee 14 sites across Europe (three units, one storage in France; three units, two storage in Germany; five units across BNL-UK-IT).
Job requirements :
- manage the log of non-reliability events (compressor, cooling system, analytical system, liquefaction, storage...) for AL CO2 EU, while using a Continuous Improvement Approach & Methods to solve the issue structurally
- animation of RELIABILITY COMMITTEE for AL CO2 EUROPE
- in charge of regular Vulnerability Studies execution
- in charge of the completion of each Action Plan of VS and RCAs
- in charge of the RCA metodology
- in charge of managing the Critical Spare Parts up to date for each site
- define and list the risks of obsolence and propose the best strategy
- lead projects associated to Reliability in collaboration with TCC, Site Managers and 3rd parties.

Etes-vous LA personne faite pour ce poste ?
We're looking for someone who:
* Education: Master's Degree in Engineering.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in Industrial Activities.
* Tool & Method mastery: the ability to master tools & methods (e.g., myRCA, myVS).
* Maintenance Expertise: strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance to support strategy definition. This includes contributing to the design and deployment of optimum Risk-Based approaches (in Reliability and Asset Integrity), guided by relevant health condition KPIs, and integrating a constrained environment (especially regarding Maintenance cost effectiveness through scoping and participation in Turnarounds (TAR)).
* Data Analysis Skills: the ability to effectively use data techniques to build reliability information and make sound recommendations.
* System Modeling: proficiency in system modeling to accurately predict and assess system reliability.
* Mobility: availability to business trips
* Language: fluency in English is essential for this international role.
