Working experience as business analyst in Agile projects
Formalize the requirements and functional specifications (user stories of the solution).
Designing end-to-end solutions
Model, describe, and document the end-to-end solution
Intervene throughout the project and in the running activities, in collaboration with all stakeholders
Define the use cases of the solution and ensure the definition of the testing strategy
Ensure functional support and the adequacy of tests with the needs with the teams in charge of development.
Provide functional expertise in the context of maintenance and support
Good understanding of Electronic Document Management concepts
Requirements management experience in Electronic Document Management
Trace and document the evolution of the solution and the interventions in a knowledge base.
Identify and implement change management actions
Experience in Docusign, Smartcomm, Thunderhead and Soap UI will be a key advantage
French (fluent) and English languauge required
