Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(e) commercial(e) sédentaire pour le pôle pièces détachées des engins de chantier. Le poste est basé à Amblainville dans l’Oise.

JOB PURPOSE
Based on the activities assigned by his or her superiors, the sedentary parts sales advisor is responsible for sales development (business volume, margins, customer satisfaction, market share, etc.) and sales in his or her sector.
He/she leads, monitors and develops the customer portfolio (active and dormant) in his/hersector, based on the sales policy defined by management.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES- Develop customer loyalty and sales in the area (participation, telephone prospecting, customer visits, promotion of offers, portfolio management, etc.)- Identify parts requirements with customers (sales or after-sales) and propose an appropriate solution- Build and negotiate commercial and technical offers, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (quotations, costings, bids, etc.)- Analyze the market and monitor the competition to identify new opportunities. opportunities (markets, customers, technologies, etc.)- Update customer data in business tools (contacts, e-mail addresses, customer fleets, export customer sites, etc.) and competitor data- Enter opportunities and actions (sales proposals, visit reports, etc.) into business tools- Initiate and/or participate in promotional activities (demonstrations, trade shows, etc.)- Contribute to the resolution of customer disputes and the collection of accounts receivable, in collaboration with internal stakeholders- Ensure compliance with customer commitments (configuration, delivery, invoicing, etc.)- Where necessary, coordinate the preparation of financing applications in collaboration with the builder's financial institution- Draw up the documents required for exporting parts (packing list, dispatch note, invoices, etc.)- Follow-up on supporting documents (EX1, VAT exemption, etc.) and DEB (declaration of goods for export)- Assist, if necessary, in the commissioning of equipmentRESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION- Ensure sales development in your sector- Guarantees the follow-up and achievement of sales objectives for his/her sector- Guarantees the quality of data entered into business tools- Contribute to the management of commercial disputes and collections in the sector- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rulesPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)2 to 3 years' higher education in a commercial field and/or 2 years' significant experience preferredSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)Technical skill(s)- General commercial knowledge (sales, negotiation, customer relations, etc.)- General knowledge of international trade (Incoterms, VAT rules, etc.)- General knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.)- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems- Advanced elementary level in English (A2)Behavioral skill(s)- Good interpersonal skills- Active listening- Thoroughness- Analytical skills- Synthesis skills- Responsiveness
