Our team is responsible for defining the high-level vision and roadmaps in terms of solutions architectures, ensuring proper implementation, and maintaining interoperability and consistency of business processes and technical solutions. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and architect scalable and robust solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for clinical operations. Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and clinical experts to understand requirements and challenges from a functional and technical perspective.
3. Streamline and simplify (whenever possible) existing architecture, delivering reusable services, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other domains to ensure complete and operable solutions that align with business processes.
5. Provide clear and detailed leadership for clinical development architecture within projects.
6. Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process.
7. Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
8. Responsible for establishing the strategic direction, choosing technologies, and setting standards for the clinical development domain.

ABOUT YOU

Experience

9. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
10. In-depth understanding of clinical operations processes and workflows, with enthusiasm for digitalization in the Clinical community.
11. Expertise in Solution Architecture, including compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations.
12. Experience in translating functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
13. Ideally experience with Sanofi’s standard technologies, and ability to work collaboratively in a global/multi-cultural environment (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure).
