About Growing with us

In this role, you will:

* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Engage with external data partners to access real-world data
* Mine and analyze data from various sources
* Define how Data Science can accelerate digital products and improve patient outcomes
* Identify AI opportunities to enhance models
* Create visualizations, reports, and AI-based data products
* Build models and algorithms with optimized, deployable code
* Evaluate data assets for downstream impact
* Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists
* Collaborate with data and full-stack engineers
* Train team members on data organization and analysis


About you

You are a dynamic data scientist eager to challenge the status quo, with proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in a cross-functional environment. You are a leader and influencer with:

* Over 8-10 years of experience
* Proven ability to develop and deploy production-ready models
* Strong skills in data visualization, storytelling, and business analysis
* Experience managing teams of data scientists and analysts

Additional technical skills include expertise in Python, R, C++, SQL, NoSQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI/ML techniques, and familiarity with data regulations. A Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field is required, along with fluency in English and French.
