Directeur des Ventes France - Anglais courant
CDI basé à Tours.
1 ou 2 jours par semaine sur site idéalement, mais pouvant être basé en IDF ou ailleurs accessible Tours.
Salaire fixe + environ 20% primes non plafonnées + voiture de fonction.
Pour ce poste, vous avez impérativement une expérience en tant que Key Account auprès de la grande distribution ou d'un FMCG (ou les deux) et idéalement vous avez déjà managé. Vous parlez anglaise couramment (C1) et avez le permis B (obligatoire).

Also, he/she would lead a close management of local employees.
Global employees = 5 to 6 people (4 KAM + 2 sales support)
Main Responsibilities :
- Strategic development of the POS business in France and operational management of the branch.
- Responsibility for the branch's results, i.e. responsibility for profitability and sustainable growth.
- Achievement of sales and profit targets as well as management and control of operations based on key business indicators.
- Sales management and development of a sales strategy - embedded in the overall international sales strategy of our client.
- Optimization of sales processes and identification of new business potential - Market analysis and support for key accounts (customers critical to success) - Establishing and expanding the network throughout France - Management and development of employees - Direct reporting on financial and business-related developments international sales management and owner/managing director for France ; close cooperation with the sales managers at the headquarters.
- Management of the branch, including controlling and management of service providers for finance/IT/human resources.
- Establishing a strong sales team. Further developing MA, evaluating potential and/or restructuring.
- "Monitoring" of current activities ; establishing a sales management system.
- Integration of the branch into the divisional organization / Close cooperation with divisional management and international management (country sales).
