Global BL Manager - Low Voltage System
ABB is seeking a driven and experienced Global Sales Manager to drive growth in the Water & Wastewater segment within our Low Voltage System Drives business. In this role, you’ll focus on large projects and strategic accounts – particularly EPCs and OEMs – while working closely with ABB’s Local Sales Units to identify opportunities, drive sales, and increase market share. You will use your domain knowledge and strategic insight to strengthen ABB’s leadership in sustainable water and wastewater solutions.
The work model for this role is hybrid; travel up to 30-50% is required.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a global sales plan, focusing on key accounts to achieve profitable growth in water & wastewater
* Support local teams with application knowledge, enhance customer interactions, and build technical credibility
* Collaborate with Local Sales Units and other divisions to drive sales initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Proven track record in international sales or business development in water & wastewater
* Technical understanding; experience with electric motors or Variable Speed Drives is advantageous
* Strong commercial, communication, and influencing skills
