L'objectif du poste est de développer le suivi de la monétisation des offres Climat au sein de Tereos.
La monétisation de la décarbonation industrielle et agricole interface avec de nombreux intervenants de l'entreprise : MOM/IBP, supplychain, commerciale, contrôle de gestion, industriel. Le rôle du Climate Sales Officer permettra d'assurer un suivi global à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise.
Le rôle et les responsabilités du poste de Climate Sales Officer sont les suivantes :
- Suivi clients, suivi des offres, suivi des réservoirs, suivi du budget, suivi du PMT, construction du budget et du PMT
- Travail en étroite collaboration avec le HOS Climate, les équipes Sales Climate Leads, l'équipe support opérationnel et les différents intervenants internes (CDG, MOM, IBP) pour assurer une coordination globale au HOS Climat.
Les missions principales du poste de Climate Sales Officer sont les suivantes :
- Sales : participation à l'ensemble des routines du système de pilotage Climate
- Interne : informe et coordonne les actions commerciales avec les autres départements afin d'assurer un suivi des objectifs clair et pertinent.
- Suivre le développement des offres Climat par clients, par business, par type d'offres
- Mettre en place des KPIs et le suivi dans le CRM générique Tereos
- Développer des outils spécifiques si nécessaires
- Développer des outils de calcul de prime pour les commerciaux
- S'assurer que le pilotage des ventes offres Climat est conforme au standard d'excellence (Process, Outil, Roles) et fournit le reporting Who are we?

Your missions :
Objective of the Position :
The goal of the role is to develop and oversee the monetization tracking of Climate offers within Tereos.
The monetization of industrial and agricultural decarbonization involves multiple departments across the company : MOM/IBP, supply chain, sales, controlling, and industrial operations. The Climate Sales Officer will ensure comprehensive tracking and coordination across all these levels.
Role and Responsibilities of the Climate Sales Officer :
- Monitor clients, offers, reservoirs, budgets, and the mid-term plan (PMT).
- Contribute to the construction of the Climate budget and PMT.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales Climate, Climate Sales Leads, operational support teams, and internal stakeholders (Controlling, MOM, IBP, etc.) to ensure global coordination.
Main Missions :
- Sales : Participate in all routines of the Climate performance management system.
- Internal Coordination : Inform and align commercial actions with other departments to ensure clear and relevant tracking of objectives.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Track the development of Climate offers by client, business line, and offer type.
- Implement KPIs and integrate them into Tereos' generic CRM.
- Develop specific tools if needed.
- Create Climate premium calculation tools for the sales teams.
- Ensure that Climate sales management aligns with excellence standards (processes, tools, roles) and delivers effective reporting.
Your profile :
Experience and Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in CSR, decarbonization, and regenerative agriculture
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM and back-office tools such as Salesforce and Power BI is required
- Strong skills and ability to work in project mode
