As the Deputy Global Clinical Manufacturing, you'll play a crucial role in Sanofi's Vaccine CMC Development & Supply division. You'll partner with the Global Head to drive cross-site coordination, strategic implementation, and operational excellence across our global manufacturing network. This challenging position offers the opportunity to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, harmonize practices, and optimize our manufacturing capabilities to accelerate portfolio delivery.

Main responsibilities:

* Harmonize manufacturing practices, standards, and procedures across global sites
* Lead strategic initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of global manufacturing strategies
* Coordinate cross-site quality improvement initiatives and regulatory inspection preparations
* Drive innovation and technology advancement in vaccine manufacturing processes
* Translate strategic vision into detailed implementation plans across the manufacturing network
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration between geographically dispersed teams
* Represent manufacturing in global governance forums and drive execution of strategic priorities


About you

* Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in biopharmaceutical/vaccine manufacturing operations
* Proven leadership experience with cross-site or global responsibilities
* Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing operations and compliance requirements
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Fluency in French and English
