POSTE ET MISSION

Vous apporterez votre aide sur la partie formation et administrative. Basé(e) à Morangis (91), vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

1. Support sur l’organisation et la mise en place de formations, à savoir :

- Réception et contrôle des conventions de formation (société, date, personnes, prix…)

- Saisie et mises à jour des 4 plans de formation sous Skillup (logiciel de formation)

- Suivi des plannings de formation

- Suivi des KPI formation (évaluation à chaud, à froid, MAJ en lien avec l’ISO)

- Mise à jour des plans de formation en lien avec les OPCO

- Saisie des prises en charge sur les différents site OPCO

La liste des missions n’est pas exhaustive ! Le stage est polyvalent et évolutif.

PROFIL
Ce stage requiert une grande rigueur, de l’autonomie et un bon sens de l’organisation. Vous savez faire preuve de réactivité, vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation ainsi qu’un bon relationnel pour collaborer avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs.

COMPETENCES NECESSAIRES :

2. Formation Bac + 2/3 minimum en Gestion du Personnel / RH / administration
3. Une première expérience en RH serait un plus.
4. Excellente maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Faire preuve de dynamisme, rigueur, et d’un bon sens de l’organisation,
6. Avoir un bon relationnel
