Specific activities and responsibilities:
Key Skills Expected:
* Audit management :
* GVP Lead Auditor : definition of audit strategy and planning, conducting internal and vendor audit, follow-up internal and vendor remediation plan following audits
* Improvement of audit process and associated documentation / templates
* Trainer of trainees and internal auditors
* Support audit client when required
* Quality standards : Managing ISO 9001 certification of the company
* Computer system validation (CSV) projects, supporting GxP compliance of applications
* General Quality activities :
* Non conformance and CAPA management, ensuring root cause of deviation are addressed and solved
* Writing of procedure, process mapping, gap analysis
* Line manager

Required Education:
Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree in a science related field, or equivalent experience
Required Experience :
8+ years’ experience within a Quality role in Pharmaceutical industry
Required Languages:
* Excellent English language (for client facing in client audit)
* French (Desirable)
Required Technical Skills:
* GVP Auditor skills
* Computer System Validation (CSV) experience
* Quality assurance specific training
* Experience in using QMS tools (such as ENNOV, Trackwise, Mastercontrol, Veeva etc)
* knowledge of methodologies such as ISO 9001 2015 standard, Six Sigma, Lean or CMM
* Skill in MS Office tools, Excel, SharePoint, Content Management tools
