Directly under the responsibility of the company director, your mission as a Chargé(e) du Pôle Numérique 3D will be to play a key role in the development and technical support of our solutions. Your responsibilities include:

* Providing advice and support: Assisting prospects and clients in choosing and using our 3D scanning and CAO/FAO software solutions.
* Technical demonstrations: Conducting demonstrations of 3D scanners and software at client locations or via videoconference.
* Technological watch: Keeping up-to-date with software and hardware developments to maintain our offerings at the forefront of technology.
* Supporting sales teams: Providing technical support for proposal development and bid responses.
* Training: Delivering training sessions on our solutions, either in person or remotely.
* Client technical relations: Serving as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.


Profile Recherché

Skills and profile required:

* Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial computing, or equivalent.
* Experience: Significant experience in 3D digitization and CAO/FAO.
* Technical skills: Mastery of CAO/FAO software (e.g., Rhino3D, Geomagic, nTopology), knowledge of 3D scanners (e.g., Artec 3D).
* Personal qualities: Autonomy, rigor, customer service orientation, good communication skills.
* Languages: Fluent in French; technical English is a plus.
* Mobility: Frequent travel within metropolitan France.
