Why this role exists 2Ride is entering a new phase: scaling brands, accelerating digital flows, and increasing interconnection across sites, partners, and platforms. Our cybersecurity maturity must now move at the same speed as our business. This role is not about maintaining controls. It is about designing the security backbone of a growing international group. You will not inherit a frozen framework. You will shape it. The mandate Within 12–24 months, success means: A clear Group security doctrine exists and is enforced. Major cyber risks are mapped, prioritized, and actively reduced. Executive leadership has real visibility on exposure. Cyber is embedded into transformation projects — not added afterward. The organization is insurable, auditable, and resilient. If you are looking for a perimeter to administer - this is not the role. If you want to build a security model that will scale for the next decade, read on. Your impact You will operate at the intersection of technology, governance, and executive decision-making. Key expectations: Architect the security model Define the target posture. Set the rules. Make them executable. Create leadership visibility Turn cyber risk into language the Executive Committee can act on. Move the organization from reactive → controlled Prioritization, arbitrage, measurable progress. Make security a business enabler Not a blocker. Technical backbone (expected, not glorified) Fortinet — Microsoft Security stack — Cloud security — Identity — Vulnerability — PCA/PRA. If the stack is your only value - this role is too large.
