Our tech team is growing!
We’re looking for our next key player to join a fast-paced, innovative environment and help us tackle the complex challenges of a high-growth Fintech.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build state-of-the-art, scalable & reliable APIs & systems
* Work closely with PMs, PDs, Financial Ops & Account Manager to ensure we build the best product for our internal and external customers
* Take on real ownership on a wide variety of topics, from developing new features, integrating third party FinTech APIs, to improving our infra & devops setup, observability, API design or architecture refactors. No silos!
* Learn a lot about fintech - we are not just a SaaS provider: we lend our own money, which means topics such as credit risk, fraud or traceability are key.
For instance, you might work on:
* developing a feature to help our Financial Ops team members easily redirect excess credit to customers using our internal dashboard;
* integrating with an Insurance company's API to automatically cover our loans;
* improving observability by implementing an error tracking & APM service;
* and many more topics!

Qualifications 🎓
We are looking for our next technical cornerstone !
If you have 7+ years of experience under your belt and this sounds like you, let’s talk:
✅ Tech Expertise: You have a proven track record of building scalable systems (Message Queues, distributed architectures).
✅ Product & DX: You are obsessed with API design and Developer Experience. Having built public-facing APIs is a massive plus.
✅ Mindset: "Strong opinions, weakly held." You have deep convictions but aren't afraid to challenge your own assumptions.
✅ Soft Skills: Fully autonomous and a natural communicator who can bridge the gap between complex tech and business needs.
✅ Domain: You are genuinely excited to dive deep into the inner workings of the Fintech ecosystem.
✅ French / English : We are a French company operating in a global landscape. Professional fluency in both French and English is required to thrive in our international environment.
