Compliance manager (m/f)

**Job Description:**

*Airbus SAS * is looking for a *Compliance Manager (F/M)* to join our *Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team* based in *Toulouse, France*.

You will be part of a team developing and strengthening *compliance and export control activities across the business*. As a key member of the Ethics & Compliance Investigations Team, you will be involved in *managing and supporting internal investigations*, aiming at *ensuring adherence to legal regulations, protecting Airbus integrity, and maintaining operational excellence across all Divisions and Regions*.

* Degree in *Law, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification*
* Minimum *2 years of experience in Compliance and/or Export Control matters* (highly valued)
* Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
* Demonstrated independence, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
* Excellent written and spoken English*
* Languages:* Fluent English required; knowledge of *French, German, or Spanish* is a plus

* Solides compétences organisationnelles, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément
* Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de communication et de travail en réseau
* Forte capacité à agir avec indépendance, intégrité et confidentialité
* Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral*
* Langues :* Anglais courant requis ; la connaissance du *français, de l’allemand ou de l’espagnol* est un plus
