MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the site supervisor, the works supervisor/business manager will:

1. Receive instructions for the works to be undertaken.
2. Become familiar with the technical file.
3. Ensure reporting and feedback for requirements in terms of materials and consumables; receive and accept them.
4. Schedule the intervention and allocate the tasks.
5. Help to evaluate the time needed for each intervention your team undertakes.
6. Supervise and check the execution of the works.
7. Alert the appropriate parties in case of any building site deviation (lead times, worktime budget).
8. Organize and control the maintenance of the equipment and the cleaning and tidying of the building site.
9. Record and check the time spent by your team.
10. Ensure equipment is safely stored.


Quality, health, safety and the environment

Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures, rules, and preventive measures, and pass on this knowledge.

Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.

Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.

Welcome newcomers to their position.


Operational activities

Assist the teams with the execution of their tasks.

Participate in construction work.

Pass on information needed for as-built drawings of works executed.

Formalize the checks.

Participate in and/or carry out testing/service operations.

Ensure skills transfer within the team.

Carry out administrative tasks within your scope (receipt, statement of needs for tally sheets).


Communication

Account for your activity.

Inform the client and/or local residents and/or subscribers.

Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team.


Job Requirements

Required level of education, fields of study, professional experience, and job environment details.

Your profile:

Self-taught or industrial piping training, with 5 years of piping experience.

Excellent service and client relationship skills, rigorous, and committed to team development while demonstrating adaptability in daily tasks.

Interventions are conducted in workshops or on-site (regional level).
