JOB DETAIL
Pour un Espace Paris Jeunes situé à Paris, 14ème arrondissement, nous recherchons un.e Jeunesse (75) en CDI à temps Plein.
Inscrit dans une équipe pluri-professionnelle (Informateur jeunesse, socioculturel et sociale), participe à la co-construction des projets transversaux, à la promotion de la structure, à son développement et aux actions transversales qui y sont menées, en lien avec le projet pédagogique de la structure et en adéquation avec le projet éducatif de la fédération Léo Lagrange.
Missions
Mise en place et conduite d'activités socioculturelles, sportives et de loisirs ; ateliers créatifs et de sensibilisations thématiques
contribue au fonctionnement quotidien de l'EPJ par l'élaboration
la mise en place d'actions socioculturelles collectives à destination des jeunes.
Propositions, accompagnement et participation aux activités et sorties extérieures
Participation avec l'équipe d'animation aux événements et animations Hors les Murs sur le territoire.
Elaboration et participation aux nocturnes thématiques du vendredi jusqu'à 22H00
S'assure de la communication sur les réseaux et de la mobilisation des jeunes
Accueil informel : Assurer une présence et une écoute active auprès des jeunes
Participation à la vie de la structure et aux actions transversales qui y sont menées avec les autres pôles.
Mise en place et participation avec l'équipe aux activités de loisirs et aux séjours
Participation aux réunions avec l'équipe
Participation à la co-construction des projets transversaux, à la promotion de la structure, à son développement et aux actions transversales qui y sont menées, en lien avec le projet pédagogique de la structure et en adéquation avec le projet éducatif de la fédération Léo Lagrange.
Profil Recherché
Diplômé.e de l'animation OBLIGATOIRE (BPJEPS Complet minimum)
PSC1
Permis B (Obligatoire)
Bonne connaissance du public jeunesse et adolescent 14-17 ans
Bonne connaissance du public jeune adultes 18-25 ans
Capacité d'adaptation
Autonome et responsable
Sens de l'organisation
Capacité de rédaction de projets et de bilans
Sens du relationnel, de l'écoute active et d'analyse
