Responsable Social Media & CRM – Time Out Paris

Basé(e) à Paris, ce poste pilote la stratégie Social Media, Paid Media et CRM de Time Out Paris afin d'accroître l'engagement, l'acquisition et la croissance d'audience. Le rôle combine vision créative, maîtrise des plateformes, pilotage data et logique business.
L'objectif est d'assurer une distribution optimale des contenus sur l'ensemble des plateformes sociales, dans le respect des standards éditoriaux Time Out, en lien étroit avec les équipes éditoriales et commerciales.
Missions principales
Social Media
* Définir et exécuter la stratégie social media de Time Out Paris
* Piloter, en lien étroit avec la responsable éditoriale Paris, la production et la publication quotidienne des contenus
* Développer la croissance et l'engagement des communautés
* Analyser les performances (trafic, engagement, audience) et identifier tendances et opportunités
* Proposer et développer des concepts éditoriaux social-first avec la rédaction
* Développer le compte TikTok et les formats vidéo
* Assurer la couverture live des événements
* Mettre en place une veille continue sur plateformes, formats et outils
Paid Media
* Piloter la stratégie paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google)
* Gérer les budgets d'acquisition et d'amplification
* Optimiser les campagnes pour maximiser trafic, abonnements et croissance d'audience
* Intégrer le paid dès la phase de brief avec les équipes commerciales
* Assurer le reporting et l'optimisation continue des performances éditoriales et commerciales
CRM & audience
* Définir et piloter la stratégie CRM et newsletters
* Développer la base d'abonnés et optimiser les parcours d'acquisition
* Concevoir la segmentation audience et analyser les comportements
* Mettre en place des automatisations CRM
* Exploiter Adobe Campaign Standard et en assurer les bonnes pratiques
* Structurer la communication directe avec les utilisateurs (emails, push)
Profil recherché
* Expertise confirmée en social media et paid media
* Forte culture des plateformes et des formats
* Solide compréhension des KPI d'audience et d'acquisition
* Exigence éditoriale élevée et attention au détail
* Capacité à rédiger des briefs clairs
* Organisation, rigueur, priorisation
* À l'aise dans des environnements rapides et sous pression
* Capacité à travailler en équipe transverse
* Anglais courant indispensable
Expérience et formation
* Bac+3 minimum
* Expérience significative en social media et stratégie de contenu
* Expérience CRM indispensable
* Maîtrise d'Adobe Campaign Standard appréciée
* Expérience dans l'écosystème média fortement appréciée
