Stagiaire finance contrôle de gestion

Lean controlling et reporting :

1. Support au suivi des budgets maintenance / supplies
2. Créer un rapport Lean en utilisant les « heures réelles » fournies par le service RH afin de mieux comprendre les écarts par rapport au budget (planification des congés, absentéisme, formations, etc.)
3. Créer un outil pour faciliter et standardiser la méthode de calcul des gains de productivité dans l’usine
4. Automatiser la collecte des données pour le calcul du taux de participation aux bénéfices

Inventaires et stocks :

5. Support pour la mise en place de l’inventaire annuel
6. Support sur l’inventaire tournant des immobilisations
7. Support sur le contrôle des stocks activité logistique

Comptabilité fournisseur et clients :

8. Support aux équipes pour passage de commandes et rapprochement des factures
9. Lettrage de comptes et relances fournisseurs/clients
