Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Corporate Officer – Law – Fiduciaire – Fiduciary

* You will assist Senior Corporate Officers in corporate governance matters such as the publication on the RCS/RBE, the opening of bank accounts and the preparation of board meetings.
* You will also be in charge of drafting board minutes, both in English and in German.
* You will be exposed to a German speaking client portfolio with whom you will be able to be in direct contact once you have developed the necessary level of autonomy and experience.

* A first experience or an internship as Corporate Officer in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg would be ideal for this position.
* Fluency in English and German is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered an asset.
* Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be a plus as well.
* You want to integrate a fiduciary where your career objectives as well as your learning curve matter : For this reason, many internal and external trainings will be offered to you, so you can evolve in the hierarchy in the future.
