Votre mission
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical R&D, data governance, and business value analysis. The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of science, data, and business, helping to drive value through effective data management and strategic decision-making.
Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:
Key Responsibilities:
* Scientific Understanding:
o Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand their needs and translate them into IT requirements.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pharma R&D to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
* Data Expertise:
o Ensure adherence to FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
o Design and manage data flows, ensuring efficient data acquisition, storage, and retrieval.
o Work closely with the Data Governor to implement robust data governance practices.
o Analyze and manage the ingestion of external data from scientific partners, CROs, and other sources.
* Business Value Focus:
o Conduct cost-benefit analyses to prioritize projects and initiatives based on their potential value to the organization.
o Develop business cases and project plans to support decision-making processes.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the R&D IT landscape.
* Collaboration and Communication:
o Liaise between R&D scientists, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
o Provide training and support to users to maximize the value derived from IT solutions.
o Facilitate collaboration needs from translational research and data science teams, ensuring seamless data integration and usage.
* Specialized Areas:
o Support the PK/PD and tox data platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
o Address histology (biobank) and biomarker requirements, ensuring data is properly managed and utilized.
* Documentation and Compliance:
o Manage the proper documentation of requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
o Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly for late PK/PD and Tox data, which are subject to GxP (Good Practice) standards.
This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week after the trial period.

Qui êtes-vous ?
Your skills at the service of innovative projects:
* Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics) or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably within R&D.
* Strong understanding of data governance, data flows, and FAIR data principles.
* Experience with electronic lab notebooks (eLN) and other R&D IT systems is a plus.
* Language Proficiency:Fluent in French and at least C1 level in English.
Preferred Skills:
* Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) is highly desirable.
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
