Vous avez l’âme d’un bâtisseur et l’envie de contribuer au développement d’une structure agile en pleine expansion ? Indeka, transporteur et commissionnaire de transport à dimension européenne, lance sa filiale française et recrute un(e) Responsable Affrètement LTL/FTL pour piloter et structurer l’activité affrètement en France et à l’international.


Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Opérationnelle, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie affrètement et dans l’optimisation des flux de transport, en collaboration étroite avec nos équipes en Pologne et en Europe.
Vos responsabilités principales
Structurer et gérer le portefeuille affrètement (lots partiels et complets – LTL/FTL) sur les flux domestiques et européens
Sourcer, négocier et animer un réseau de transporteurs partenaires selon les besoins opérationnels et géographiques
Optimiser la performance économique et qualitative des prestations confiées (coûts, délais, qualité de service)
Assurer le suivi opérationnel des flux, la gestion des litiges, et proposer des solutions correctives
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales européennes pour construire des offres clients compétitives et répondre aux appels d’offres
Contribuer à la définition du plan de transport France/Europe et participer au déploiement des outils digitaux (TMS, ERP, CRM)


Votre profil

Formation supérieure en logistique, supply chain ou transport (Bac+2 à Bac+5)
Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en affrètement national et/ou international
Solide maîtrise des enjeux économiques de l’achat transport et des règles juridiques du transport routier
Aisance dans les relations fournisseurs et la négociation tarifaire


Esprit d’initiative, rigueur, sens du service client et goût pour les environnements en développement

* Anglais professionnel exigé ; la pratique du polonais, espagnol ou italien est un plus

Do you have a builder’s mindset and a desire to help develop an agile, expanding organization? Indeka, a European freight forwarding company, is launching its French branch and is recruiting an LTL/FTL Freight Manager to lead and structure its domestic and international freight activities.


Your role at Indeka

Reporting to the French management team, you will play a key role in implementing our freight strategy and optimizing transport flows, working closely with our teams in Poland and across Europe.


Key responsibilities

* Structure and manage the freight portfolio (LTL and FTL) for domestic and European flows

Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of partner carriers based on our operational and geographical needs
Optimize the economic and service performance of assigned operations (costs, lead times, service quality)


Ensure daily operational monitoring, manage disputes, and propose corrective actions when needed

* Work with the sales teams to build competitive offers and respond to customer tenders

Contribute to the development of the French and European transport plan and help deploy digital tools (TMS, ERP, CRM)


Your profile

Higher education in logistics, supply chain or transport (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent)


At least 5 years of proven experience in national and/or international freight forwarding

* Strong knowledge of transport purchasing and road freight regulations

Skilled in supplier relationship management and rate negotiation


Proactive, organized, customer-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments

* Proficient in professional English – Polish is a plus
