Job Description:
Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.
MISSIONS
1. Human and financial management of the study: analyze the file, define risks (technical, legal, budgetary, etc.), launch the study, establish the launch sheet, and chair the study launch meeting.
2. Coordinate design review and ensure report distribution.
3. Ensure preparation and follow-up of the study program.
4. Establish the execution bid review.
5. Monitor subcontractors.
6. Ensure compliance with initial budget targets.
7. Manage contractual relations of the business project.
8. Technical management: decide on hypotheses and calculation methods, set tasks and deadlines, approve design briefs and drawings, ensure technical information circulation, and coordinate study-works activities.
9. Continuous improvement: prepare Quality Assurance Plan, apply quality and environmental measures, handle non-conformities, and participate in feedback sessions.
10. Team and employee development: implement management and HR actions for skills improvement and mobility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 5-6 years of higher education in an engineering school.
* Experience in organizing technical projects, team coordination, and monitoring subcontractors.
Reporting and Relations
Reporting line: Technical Sector Manager, Engineering Office Director.
Internal relations include technical engineers, project leaders, supervisors, and directors. External relations involve clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
What We Are Looking For
Solid technical background, engineering or master's degree in TP, significant experience in public works, proactive, rigorous, communicative, committed to continuous improvement, and respectful of safety, environment, and quality rules.
