Job Description

ENGINEER - MASSACHUSETTS

This position will report to a Principal or designee level staff member. You will be involved in projects that may include:

• Forensic investigations of structural and electrical/mechanical equipment failures
• Analysis of fluid systems; flow visualization and thermo-hydraulic modelling
• Qualification and testing of buildings, structures, equipment and systems for a variety of loads
• Design, development and rollout of field and laboratory systems, structures and equipment
•  Instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis of equipment and structures.
• Advanced analysis of equipment, systems and structures using finite element codes
• Materials engineering and evaluations
• Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Aero/Astro, Nuclear Engineering or related engineering field

Familiarity with fluid, thermodynamics, structural dynamics and structural analysis preferred.

Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to pass background and drug screenings to obtain security clearances

Ability to travel to customer or project sites (light travel required)
