You will be exclusively dedicated to sell our car subscription service Car On Demand.
Car On Demand provides a monthly subscription access to a brand new vehicle without commitment, all inclusive (insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance & delivery), to both company and individuals.
You will be directly responsible for a customer portfolio and the sales team (2 Account Executives) and your success depends directly on your actions. Your main tasks will be:

Closely follow the Sales Team performances vs. sales targets on the UK and German market

Manage, animate & efficiently train the Sales Team composed of 2 people
-
Recruitment & onboarding of staff

Quality follow-up: active call listening, role playing, script improvement etc

Improve sales team efficiency through intensive training

Handle financial scoring of eligible leads

Constantly connect with Acquisition/Marketing, Customer Success & Ops teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience

Participate in product and sales improvement through constructive feedback
-
Build-up sales targets and forecasts
-
Reporting on actions plan & team performance

Participate to key external events of the industry

Participate to internal events to animate team
-
Participate in closing deals
-
Contacting interested parties (inbound + outbound leads)

Determination of the needs and qualification of interested parties

Conduct sales pitches and deal with objections and rejection

Send individual offers to interested parties

Follow-up of prospects from initiation to signature
Expected skills:

Master degree

A minimum of 2-3 years professional experience

Tenacity and Motivation: Striving to achieve and exceed goals

Knowing how to remain professional in all circumstances

Sales talent: persuasiveness, negotiation skills, etc.

Ability to quickly adapt to customer needs and know how to propose the ideal offer among the different options available

Excellent eloquence and expressiveness

Very good computer skills

Good feeling in customer contact, both in writing and verbally

Self-confidence and determination

Bilingual in English & German.

Knowledge/attraction in/for the automotive industry, a first successful experience would be an advantage
