Responsabilités

* Manages a team of 3 market managers and leads procurement and market procedures (supply, services, works).
* Ensures the company‑wide market strategy and supports all directions in contracting, execution and monitoring of markets.
* Oversees the execution monitoring, legal safety, internal controls and publication policy to stimulate competition.
* Plans and launches market procedures, selects key consulting file elements.
* Implements responsible purchasing policy in collaboration with the purchasing director.
* Maintains documentation, data integrity on procurement system (Okavéo).
* Ensures supplier capacity, compliance and proposes innovative purchasing techniques.
* Develops dashboards and indicators for legal, financial and operational reporting to senior officers.
* Keeps regulatory watch.


Qualifications

* 5‑7 years in a similar role.
* Bac+5 juridique with specialization in public procurement (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of public procurement, contract passing and execution tracking; ability to propose suitable legal structures.
* Excellent management skills, rigorous mindset and good relational abilities to support stakeholders.


Compensation

Salary 54 000 – 57 000 € brut per year (13,6 months) + performance incentive and profit‑sharing bonus.
