Missions :

Vous travaillerez au quotidien avec une tutrice expérimentée, qui vous accompagnera dans votre apprentissage du métier.

Administratif:

1. Mettre à jour chaque le fichier des effectifs et le transmettre au CSE et aux bonnes personnes
2. Suivre les campagnes d'entretiens annuels
3. Suivre les documents « télétravail »
4. Suivre les cooptations
5. Elaborer et mettre à jour le reporting
6. Suivre la partie intégration des nouveaux embauchés

Disciplinaire :

7. Réaliser les documents administratifs pour les ruptures conventionnelles
8. Réalisation des convocations
9. Envoie des lettres LRAR
10. Rédiger les lettres disciplinaires/sanction sur les fautes courantes
11. Suivre les procédures disciplinaires
12. Accompagner la DRH sur des missions transverses en lien avec la politique RH

Profil recherché :

13. Vous préparez un Master à spécialité RH
14. Vous possédez une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu'une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
15. Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et appréciez le travail d'équipe
