Description du poste

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our submarine networks. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity features across our infrastructure.

This includes:

* Security Equipment Management: Manage and configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
* Secure Design and Architecture: Participate in the design and implementation of secure network architectures for submarine cable systems.
* Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
* Incident Response: Respond to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
* Threat Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities relevant to submarine networks.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure the security of our systems.


Profil recherché

* Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* + years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security.
* Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and common protocols.
* Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
* Knowledge of security standards and best practices (, ISO, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficient in English.
* Nice to Have:
* Experience with submarine cable systems or telecommunications networks.
* Knowledge of cryptography and encryption technologies.
* Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
* Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security.
