Joining Mobilize Financial Services means first of all choosing to join an international group, a subsidiary of Renault Group, a solid finance bank, partner of the Renault manufacturer and other brands in the automotive sector. We offer our clients - both private and professional - the most suitable financing and services for new and used vehicles.

Mobilize Financial Services has funded more than 1.3 million contracts (new and used vehicles) in 2024 and sold 3.7 million services. At the end of December 2023, average assets are 55.3 billion euros in financing and pre-tax profit is 1,194 million euros. We also offer savings offers in 7 countries.

The position is attached to the Sales & Business Development Division of the new LeaseCo Division
Main Missions
* Single point of contact with the end customer
* Coordination of tenders and consultation
* Development of new partnerships
* Coordination with Brands and countries on key account scope
Missions Detailed
* Develop key account activity within the countries (set up process & management skills in the countries)
* Define a process to validate big deals at HQ level in case of RORWA, RV or volume deviations
* Set up an MFS master agreement framework to answer international customers
* Set up process to rule international volume bonus scheme for international customers
* Internationalize existing customers portfolio by assessing potential european growth
* Spread out key account culture in the countries
* Coordinate calls for tender multi countries
* Coordinate all material related to tenders and ensures consistency
* Draws up instructions and general communication to MFS countries
* Establish retroplanning to respect for deadlines
* Transmit all questions and points of clarification from MFS to the customer
* Write down protocoles in coordination with legal dpt
* Explore new potential partnerships
* Explore new potential on the basis of existing customerbase in big countries to expand in other countries
* Sustain white label partnership until end of agreement

* Countries: Sales teams â key account teams
* External Customers: prospective customers and current accounts to internationalize
* Internal Customers: leaseco RV, controlling teams, risk dpt
Real off-road, you interest us!
* Graduated with a Masterâs degree or equivalent BAC +5 level and ideally graduated from an education in higher education, business
* You must have a successful first experience in the long-term rental sector
* Taste for the challenge to achieve ambitious goals and develop the business to the maximum
* A good degree of autonomy and the desire to undertake
* You have a good relationship and excellent communication skills to interact with different interlocutors, and above all you like it!
* Strength of proposal: with you there are no problems, only solutions!
* You are fluent in English and French (minimum TOEIC score 750/990). Proficiency in a second foreign language would be appreciated
