Our Team
Our Cybersecurity team of Sanofi operates within a global structure, reporting directly to the Digital Chief Officer. Comprising over +80 employees, we are a multidisciplinary and diverse team committed to enabling digital transformation with trust. Main responsibilities
In a context where cyberattacks are increasing in general and where Sanofi is specifically targeted, raising up our level of preparation to manage the post cybersecurity crisis recovery tasks is key to contain Sanofi’s damages.
Within the Cyber Resilience team, you will drive the Cyber Resilience journey with Business Units and Business Continuity team.
From a Leadership standpoint
- Advice and guide the stakeholders in selecting the most efficient prioritization of activities to recover based on business risks and technological efforts
- Optimize the resources (finance, people and systems) at company level to deliver the business goal
- Consolidate an executive status report, with quantifiable readiness KPIs and related impacts for the company, to be presented to the stakeholder’s senior leaderships twice a year
- Continuously consider the market’s best practices in Recovery and challenge our Sanofi’s organisational and technical posture to meet the business goals
From a technology standpoint
- Serve as a consultant on this complex issue to design with Digital Technology, the capabilities to ensure the faster and leaner recovery of our computerized solutions and services (that includes but is not limited to architectures, processes and automations to securely back-up and restore full stack capabilities)
- Build a dashboarding service measuring both coverage and effectiveness of the recovery readiness compliance and infuse the improvement plans across the company
- Define the end-to-end recovery test scenarios and lead the test scheduling and evaluation; articulate the lessons learned with the recovery strategy optimization

- Significant experience in Digital technologies (network and systems), Business Continuity
- Familiar with Cybersecurity risks
- Experience in incident and crisis management
- High Business acumen in particular in Industry Sector
Soft
- Leadership to mobilize and embark teams and Top management
- Strong collaboration and communication approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Well self-organized and ability to structure the plan
- Ability to work with many different stakeholders in a heterogeneous international environment
