Veesual is on a mission to help fashion shoppers better project into the garments they buy online. With Veesual, fashion brands enhance their customer journey with AI Styling and AI Fitting experiences to boost shoppers’ engagement, and increase their performance online.
“More models, more looks, more revenue” → in average the Veesual cohort has a conversion 2x higher than the standard navigation, with +20% in AOV and a contribution to reducing returns.
With a dedicated team of ~20, we leverage our proprietary Image Generation Technology that offers unique differentators in the market with the most precise rendering in fitting, that allows to show up to 3 sizes per garment on each model. And the only technology that can generate millions of outfits in real time.
Veesual makes 500k€ ARR with brands in the US, Australia and France, and closed a 3.5m€ seed round with AVP (French American VC) in February 2024.
The company is labelled Deep Tech by BPI France and was accelerated by the best → Techstars Montreal AI Accelerator, Station F Founders Program, Plug&Play and Agoranov.

The role:
This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to Maxime, CEO & Co-Founder and part of the Executive Committee. As our Head of Sales, with a special on developing North American market, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing Veesual as the leader in AI experiences for major fashion brands.
Your primary mission is to leverage our initial traction and proven technology to acquire new Enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle, refine our sales processes as you go, and lay the foundation for future sales team expansion.
Run the sales playbook: : Define and execute the GTM and Sales Strategy targeting Enterprise and top Mid-Market fashion brands in North America.
Own it: Personally own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation, through qualification, complex demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.
Lead the team: Manage and guide Marie-Camille (BDR) in her prospecting and outreach activities and collaborate strategically with Céline (CMO) to ensure effective lead generation campaigns and alignment.
Be data-driven: Meticulously build, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Build a repeatable sales process: Establish and continuously improve a scalable, efficient sales process from first touchpoint to closing and handover to Customer Success.
Know our stuff: Deeply understand Veesual’s technology and value proposition, effectively communicating its benefits to C-Level stakeholders within large fashion organizations.
Drive the strategy: As part of the Executive Committee, contribute to overall company strategy, pricing, and GTM decisions.
Who are you
* You are fluent/native in English, capable of engaging C-level executives clients.
* You have a demonstrable track record of successfully closing complex, long-cycle (4-12 months) B2B SaaS deals with Enterprise-level clients specifically within the US market.
* You likely have 4+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 4+ years focused on new logo acquisition in this segment.
* You are driven to make a significant contribution during a pivotal growth phase, contributing to Veesual Series A funding goals within the next 12-18 months.
* You have deep expertise in modern B2B SaaS sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting.
* You thrive in an early-stage environment where you need to be autonomous, roll up your sleeves, and personally drive deals from start to finish. You are motivated by exceeding targets.
* You understand the importance of a well-defined sales process and are proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot ideally) to manage activities and data effectively.
* You can develop a strategic sales plan but also execute tactically day-to-day.
* You are resilient, adaptable, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. You see challenges as opportunities.
* You are based in or willing to relocate to the Paris region and are excited about a hybrid working model (3 days in office / 2 days remote) in our Paris office (182 Bd de la Villette, 75019).
