Détails de la Mission

Bostik is looking for a Industrial Corporate Social Responsability & Arkenergy Leader for its head office in La Défense.

You will work global for all Bostik sites worldwide with a focus on most impactful sites.

You will report to Senior Vice President Operations and Customer Experience Transformation Bostik and your main responsabilities will be :

1/ Energy
- Act as the BU leader in Quimeo for the Arkenergy project : validate the project pipeline, approve project leaders within the BU's scope, review progress, and oversee project closures.
- Define annual energy efficiency targets aligned with Arkema's objectives and project portfolio, identify key contributors within the BU, and cascade objectives accordingly.
- Share Arkema's best practices for energy savings and adapt the Arkenergy program to each BU's local context.
- Lead Arkenergy CAPEX reporting and ensure project execution follow-up.
- Provide training and guidance on Arkema's energy-saving best practices.
Support project and plant leaders in identifying energy-saving opportunities and prioritizing CAPEX investments.
- Drive and lead the Arkenergy program for Bostik.
- Report Arkenergy KPIs in Enablon for Bostik.

2/ Carbon
- Define and roll out the global roadmap for reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
- Implement an energy purchasing strategy to drive energy decarbonization worldwide.
- Collaborate with Arkema to achieve SBTi targets for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across Bostik globally.
- Report carbon KPIs in Enablon for Bostik.

3/ Water
- Champion water-related projects through Arkema's Optim'O program.
- Drive the quarterly meetings with the Optim'O director to plan audits and build the the year's water roadmap.
- Implement water and COD reduction roadmaps.
- Drive global water KPI reporting in Enablon for Bostik, including tracking site-specific water maps.

4/ Waste
- Lead the effort for waste reduction in Bostik industrial sites.
- In partnership with the Industrial Excellence team, identify and drive initiatives to reduce industrial site waste.
- Build a global roadmap for waste reduction focusing on top contributing sites.
Profil Recherché

The profile we are looking for :
- You are committed to Corporate Social Responsability, with a strong sustainability mindset = a believer !
- You have a Master of Science in Engineering or Project Management.
- You have proven Project Management Experience with a structured approach.
- You have strong IT Skills to support digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
- You are fluent in English for effective global collaboration.
- You have ability to Influence in a Matrix Environment, driving alignment across functions.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, also a fast learner, adaptable to new challenges and technologies.
