🛫 What will I be doing?

* Acting as the key point of contact for Media Partners (MPs), ensuring all their broadcast operation requirements are addressed daily.
* Collecting and following up op MPs' requests for services listed in the Catalogue of Services, confirming their feasibility and finalising the details.
* Working closely with Booking Management, Front Office Supervisors, and other coordinators, contributing to smooth departmental operations.
* Collaborating with FIFA Media Partnerships Relations Account Managers and assists the Finance Department during the invoicing process.


🛫 What makes a successful candidate:

* Previous experience working in large-scale events, particularly in broadcast or LOC positions.
* Exceptional customer service skills – You thrive on delivering excellence and building strong relationships with both internal teams and media partners.
* A confident and adaptable team player – You can navigate fast-paced environments with ease, remaining calm under pressure and flexible in your approach.
* Strong communication abilities – Fluent in English (written and spoken), you’re comfortable interacting in an international setting and ensuring clarity in every exchange.
* An eye for detail and problem-solving – You proactively handle booking requests, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth operations for global broadcasters.

📍 This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt (92) with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH), then full-time in the USA for the tournament.
