Job Description Le technicien informatique expert fournira aux utilisateurs une assistance sp�cifique dans les meilleurs d�lais (en conformit� avec les SLA du client) et en g�rant ses priorit�s de mani�re autonome. Cela inclut l'installation, le diagnostic, la r�paration, la maintenance et la mise � niveau de tout syst�me informatique et accessoires. L'�quipe se compose de techniciens de support de proximit�, localis�s sur le site du client, pour r�soudre les probl�mes informatiques ne pouvant pas �tre r�solus � distance. Les taches et responsabilit�s principales: R�solution tickets dans les SLA d�finis; D�pannage mat�riel et logiciel niveau 2; Installation et mise � niveau du mat�riel et des logiciels pris en charge (PC, tablettes, scanneurs, imprimantes, etc); Gestion du parc informatique, brassage r�seau, installation de switch ou autres �quipements r�seau; D�tection et r�solution des incidents informatiques; Support technique et prise en charge de l'�quipement existant sur site, y compris les serveurs, les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les �quipements de s�curit�, r�seau et �quipements divers. Vous avez une exp�rience de plus de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire; Vous avez des comp�tences et connaissances avanc�es des syst�mes d'exploitation Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office; Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Service Now, Microsoft Active Directory; Vous parlez le fran�ais et l'anglais couramment; Vous �tes autonome, flexible, organis�, et vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synth�se; Vous savez communiquer des informations techniques � un public non technique; Vous avez le sens du service client et un bon esprit d'�quipe; Vous avez d'excellentes comp�tences de communication verbale et �crite.
