Main Responsibilities

* Lead design and implementation of solutions for clinical operations, ensuring alignment with architecture strategy and standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.
* Streamline architecture, deliver reusable services, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Provide leadership within projects for clinical development architecture.
* Assess product usefulness and costs during supplier selection.
* Maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
* Establish strategic direction, select technologies, and set standards for clinical development.


Experience

* Strong knowledge of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies; experience in designing and optimizing solutions.
* Understanding of clinical processes and enthusiasm for digitalization.
* Expertise in Solution Architecture, including compliance with GxP, HIPAA, GDPR.
* Experience translating requirements into technical designs aligned with business goals.
* Familiarity with Sanofi's technologies and working in a multicultural environment (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure).
