How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? La Chargée de mission RH s'occupe de l'administration du personnel sur le périmètre des activités du Groupe Air Liquide à la Réunion, à Mayotte et en Guadeloupe (5 entités) Gestion de l’administration du personnel (DPAE, tenue des registres du personnel et des organigrammes, suivi des visites médicales, affiliations mutuelle prévoyance, création et mise à jour des dossiers du personnel), Rédaction des contrats de travail Gestion du processus de recrutement (publication d’annonces, pré sélection, entretiens …), Participation à la centralisation, contrôle et transmission des éléments de paie Back up ponctuel pour l’établissement des paies au sein de l’équipe RH, Suivi administratif des congés, arrêts maladie, accidents du travail en lien avec la CGSS et la caisse de prévoyance, Saisie et mise à jour des dossiers du personnel sur les outils RH, Assistance à la RRH et veille juridique sur différents dossiers, Animation de projets RH, Traitement des diverses demandes administratives RH salariés et managers. MOYENS GENERAUX : Gestion administrative des véhicules Exsyn, cartes essence, réparations, cartes grises, Gestion des dossiers de sinistre et déclarations en lien avec l’assurance, Gestion des fournitures de bureau et mobilier, Gestion des prestataires (entretien des locaux, climatisation, interventions…), Traitement du courrier arrivé et de la Poste.
