CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS:

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre approche d’architecture d’entreprise, vous intervenez au cœur de la structuration du système d’information du Groupe.

Vous contribuez activement à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des piliers clés de notre stratégie d’architecture :

1. Définition de la cartographie applicative cible Groupe, en alignement avec la stratégie et la proposition de valeur métier

2. Construction et consolidation des cartographies applicatives locales (pays)

3. Contribution au schéma directeur IT, en anticipant les écarts et exceptions à la cible

4. Analyse et gestion des exceptions d’architecture via les processus de demand management et de Design Authority

5. Participation active à la communauté d’architecture Groupe

Vous évoluez dans un environnement dynamique, en collaboration étroite avec les architectes end-to-end et au sein d’un portefeuille projets ambitieux.

À ce titre, vous accompagnez les équipes métiers et IT dans la conception de solutions robustes et alignées avec la vision cible.

Vos principales responsabilités :

6. Collaborer avec les chefs de projet afin d’analyser l’impact des initiatives sur les capacités métier et le système d’information

7. Challenger les besoins métiers en s’appuyant sur les bonnes pratiques d’urbanisme et d’architecture d’entreprise

8. Garantir la cohérence globale du SI en intégrant les dépendances projets dans la roadmap d’architecture

9. Contribuer aux instances de gouvernance, notamment la Design Authority

10. Accompagner les parties prenantes dans la prise de décision via une approche structurée et orientée valeur

11. Diplôme Bac+5 (Master ou équivalent)

12. Solide capacité d’analyse et de structuration

13. Esprit bâtisseur, orienté solution et amélioration continue

14. Leadership naturel et capacité à influencer des parties prenantes variées

15. Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral

16. Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais

17. Expérience dans l’animation d’ateliers (Event Storming, brainstorming, etc.)

18. Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet et en environnements IT complexes

WHAT WE OFFER

In this role, you will be at the heart of structuring and shaping Lyreco’s information system, contributing to the definition and implementation of key architectural pillars:

25. Define the target Group application landscape, aligned with business value and strategy

26. Build and consolidate local (country-level) application maps

27. Contribute to the IT roadmap (master plan) by anticipating and managing deviations from the target architecture

28. Analyze and manage architecture exceptions through demand management and Design Authority processes

29. Actively contribute to the Architecture community

You will work in a dynamic and international environment, closely collaborating with end-to-end architects and supporting an ambitious portfolio of transformation projects.

You will play a key role in supporting both business and IT stakeholders in designing robust and scalable solutions aligned with the target architecture.

Your main responsibilities :

30. Collaborate with Project Managers to assess the impact of initiatives on business capabilities and the IT landscape

31. Challenge business requirements using enterprise architecture and urbanization best practices

32. Ensure alignment between project dependencies and the overall architecture roadmap

33. Contribute to governance bodies, including the Design Authority

34. Support stakeholders in decision-making through a structured, value-driven approach

YOUR PROFILE

35. Master’s degree (or equivalent)

36. Strong analytical and structuring skills

37. Builder mindset, solution-oriented with a continuous improvement approach

38. Leadership capabilities and ability to influence diverse stakeholders

39. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

40. Professional level of English

41. Experience facilitating workshops (Event Storming, brainstorming, etc.)

42. Solid understanding of project management and complex IT environments
