MISSIONS :

Au sein du pôle Contrats du département juridique de la holding HAVAS, vous interviendrez notamment dans les domaines suivants :

* Analyse de documents pré-contractuels (engagements de confidentialité, lettres d’intention, appels d’offres), en anglais et en français ;
* Participation à la négociation et à l’élaboration des contrats conclus avec les annonceurs, les sous- traitants dans tous les métiers de la communication (Publicité, Conseil, Promotion, Internet, Sponsoring, Partenariat.) et les fournisseurs des sociétés du groupe, en anglais et en français ;
* Suivi des opérations de passation, de rédaction et d'exécution des marchés publics ;
* Assistance dans la gestion des pré-contentieux et contentieux contractuels (lettre de mise en demeure, protocole transactionnel, liaison avec les avocats sur la gestion des contentieux) ;
* Participation à la réalisation d’outils de « procédure qualité » du pole, notamment rédaction de notes internes sur les réglementations et jurisprudences applicables aux activités d’une agence de communication, optimisation des contrats et clauses types, etc....

PROFIL SOUHAITE :

- Formation souhaitée :

* 3ème cycle (Master 2) Droit Privé/Droit des Affaires/Droit des Contrats ;
* Stages significatifs en Droit des Contrats dans un service juridique ou cabinet d’avocats ;
* Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral & écrit).

- Qualités requises :

* Efficacité et rigueur ;
* Bon esprit d’équipe, sens du contact ;
* Autonomie et sens des initiatives ;
* Capacité d’adaptation ;
* Qualité d’analyse et de synthèse ;
* Aisance rédactionnelle.
