Your Mission
We are looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to help accelerate our revenue growth by owning and expanding a portfolio of key accounts in the HR Tech segment. With your experience in HR tech, you’ll connect deeply with enterprise clients, navigating complex sales cycles and delivering tailored solutions that address their needs.
You will be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology as you engage innovative HrTech companies (ATS, Jobboard, etc), that are actively looking for solutions to help them provide Enterprise-Ready AI for their clients with a quicker Time-to-value.
Your role will be pivotal in establishing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall business strategy. We’re looking for the next business ‘go-getter’!

Responsibilities
1. Own and grow a portfolio of strategic HR Tech accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
2. Manage your B2B sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and build business momentum through meetings, product information, demos, and quotes in a timely fashion.
3. Create compelling proposals and manage service contracts for relevant prospects.
4. Negotiate renewals and expansion contracts with procurement & legal teams
5. Partner with Solution Consultants and Customer Success to ensure flawless delivery
6. Maintain CRM updates and help build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
7. Create professional presentations to communicate value propositions effectively.
8. Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, providing expert guidance on digital transformation and HR innovation .
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and onboarding.
About You - Must Have
10. 5+ years of proven success as an Account Manager in B2B sales.
11. 3+ years of B2B account management experience in HR tech company for enterprise clients.
12. Proven track record of exceeding retention & upsell quotas
13. Excellent memory and capacity for synthesis.
14. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
15. Strong written communication in English & French with clear, effective presentation of ideas.
16. Experience crafting professional, impactful presentations.
17. Maintain accurate, real-time CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce) and build BI dashboards
18. Provide input on how to enhance further and streamline account management processes.
About You - Bonus
19. Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, and enterprise technology solutions.
20. Love solving problems and diving into challenges head-on.
21. Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
