Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in quality control within the construction, infrastructure, or development sector. As a Senior Principal in the organization, this role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards across large-scale development projects, managing a team, and liaising with senior management and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and performance.

Qualifications

• • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma are highly desirable.

Additional Information

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in quality control within the construction, infrastructure, or development sector, with significant experience on large-scale projects.
  • Strong expertise in quality management systems (QMS), quality auditing, and managing teams.
  • Proven track record of leading quality control efforts on complex projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools, techniques, and software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Excel, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of local Saudi Arabian regulations and standards within the construction and development sector.
• Preferred:
  • Saudi National (preferred for local knowledge and regulatory compliance).
  • Experience in managing quality control for government or large infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
