Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE On the basis of activities assigned by his or her superiors, the quality technician ensures that non-conformities (solutions and warranty files) within his or her perimeter are properly handled following receipt of equipment. Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Analyze the source of non-conformities (order deviations, technical malfunctions, etc.) communicated by internal stakeholders, within the deadlines defined by his/her superiors - Handle non-conformities in collaboration with internal (technical department) and external (suppliers) stakeholders, and contribute, where appropriate, to the preparation of technical warranty claims - Analyze and process, if necessary, internal warranty claims within its scope of responsibility - Administrative follow-up of non-conformities in the business tool - Analyze recurring non-conformities and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders - Dispatch non-conforming parts to internal stakeholders, as part of warranty files - Filing and archiving of documents related to the activity (preparation quality sheets, assembly files, etc.) - Monitor and update activity indicators (number of non-conforming items received, number of warranties, etc.) - Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure that non-conformities are properly handled - Ensure the proper processing of guaranteed files within its scope Ensure the quality of data entered into the business tool - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, etc.) - Get to know and apply strictly the rules environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Bac 2 level in the field of quality and/or significant experience desirable Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) - General knowledge of quality - General knowledge of products (ranges, functions, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems Behavioral skill(s) - Analytical skills - Synthesis skills - Organizational skills - Relational skills - Thoroughness - Adaptability
