RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:

As part of its continued international growth and brand development, our client is strengthening its marketing structure.
This recruitment is driven by the ambition to elevate brand positioning, reinforce visibility in a highly competitive luxury market, and support commercial growth through high-performance marketing strategies.

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client's team. You will be responsible for structuring, leading, and executing the global marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand positioning, content, and high-end client acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the global marketing and brand strategy (positioning, visibility, acquisition)

  • Strengthening the brand's positioning within the luxury and premium services market

  • Ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints and communication channels

  • Developing high-end brand storytelling aligned with the expectations of an international high-net-worth clientele

  • Managing and optimizing the website (WordPress), including SEO performance (technical and content)

  • Creating and optimizing landing pages to support lead generation and conversion

  • Monitoring digital performance (traffic, SEO rankings, conversions, ROI)

  • Defining and leading the content strategy across digital and corporate channels (social media, video, branding)

  • Producing or supervising premium visual content (photo, video, storytelling), including regular travel for on-site shoots

  • Writing and overseeing press releases, corporate communications, and PR initiatives

  • Creating and managing client-facing materials such as brochures, commercial decks, and corporate presentations

  • Developing and optimizing acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, partnerships, referrals)

  • Implementing performance tracking tools and dashboards aligned with commercial objectives

  • Working closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth and partnerships

This is a highly hands-on role requiring both strategic vision and strong execution capabilities in a fast-paced, international environment.

DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Required degree: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

  • Desired experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within luxury, aviation, or premium service industries

  • Technical skills:

    • Strong expertise in WordPress (website management, SEO, content optimization)

    • Proven experience in content creation (photo and video production, storytelling)

    • Solid background in digital acquisition and performance marketing (SEO, paid ads, analytics)

    • Experience in corporate communication (press releases, brochures, presentations)

  • Personal qualities:

    • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and premium standards

    • Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven

    • Creative, strategic, and comfortable with hands-on execution

    • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment

    • Willing to travel regularly

  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English required; French is a plus
